Yes, there was a spelling mistake but unfortunately, that is not the problem. Prior to this post, I had been mucking around for about two hours trying to get this to work.
I have now tried to prevent four of my user defined tags from showing up when the search icon is clicked, but have failed miserably.
Please see the three screenshots. I have included (a) a screenshot of the column definitions; (b) a screenshot of the tweak settings and (c) a screenshot of the tags that appear when the search icon is clicked in the browser (I have emptied the caches of both the Safari and Firefox browsers that I am using multiple times).
As you can see, it does not seem to be working for me. I hope you can suggest something that I can try.
