@Mortacci: It wouldn't surprise me that a new-line in an annotation would cause problems. I'm not sure whether that would cause the ordering problems. Can you post or PM the annotations file? And the incorrect imported annotations from it. I can probably reproduce the problem here, but, it helps to see real examples in case I miss something.

@zenwolfe: My apologies, I just haven't had a chance to look at this. I'll try to over the weekend.
