Does anyone know what that means or any idea on how to fix this? I did update my Tags on Calibre recently, but I would have thought that's just automatically synced through Calibre and has nothing to do with Kobo syncing with their servers?
Are they in the lines after that starting with "SYNC QUEUE"? This is the section I was referring to. It gets repeated as the commands in the queue are executed or added. If the device is having problem with the update check, then you will see "UpgradeCheckCommand" being run for a long time. Or many times. I expect that it will have been run, but, the next task isn't one that updates the currently displayed step.

I'm pretty sure that "AddToTagCommand" and "SendTagChangesCommand" are for collections. They aren't directly connected to calibre tags unless you use the tags as the source for your collections on the device.

If you want, you can post or PM me the log and I can look at it. I don't know what all the entries in the queue do. I'd be looking for patterns and the times to see where things were going wrong.
