Commercially published EPUBs use a weak form of DRM called obfuscation to protect embedded font files. The errors indicate that the EPUB has been edited in a way that breaks the font obfuscation algorithm, preventing to fonts from being decoded.
This will prevent the embedded fonts in the book from being used. Whether that has much of an effect or not on readability depends on the book.
You can use the calibre editor to remove the fonts from the book along with references to them in the book's CSS and see how it looks. Or you can go back to the original EPUB file and edit it more carefully before converting it.

Thank you!
Did that and this is the log file now:
https://pastebin.com/xY3HiqW3
No more obfuscated fonts errors.
I see that the book is converted with warnings, but it's ok as you said in a previous post if i'm not wrong.
Only doubt is about the latest sections of the log, the .csv files.
So if i'm reading those correctly, there is no errors but only warnings?
