Except almost no client uses "WiFi 6", so it's not used. If you need faster than typical 2.4GHz WiFi, probably you need a 1 Gbps Ethernet cable. At shorter distances than 100m it may work on original Cat5. The Cat5e is sufficient.
WiFi is a shared spectrum. So neighbours WiFi will slow yours. The faster modes use either 3 channels and fastest uses all the channels. Coverage and penetration of the higher WiFi band is terrible compared to 2.4 GHz.
Also slower devices and further away (lower signal) devices, baby monitors, Bluetooth, drones, wireless cameras etc all slow WiFi as do neighbours.
Most users will see little change with a WiFi 6 router or Airpoint. Without compatible hardware and software for WiFi 6 in the laptop / phone / tablet / gadget / ereader you see NO advantage with WiFi 6.

If there is no interference, 2.4 GHz n can be faster than 5.8 GHz or WiFi 6.
