My Oasis 1 always charged to 94%. Bear in mind that "100%" is more like 80% on these meters: that's why, on some Kindles, when you *are* at 100% it can take ages to drop below it: it's actually more like "110%+" but the meter is capping it at 100. (Equally, 0% is often more like 10--20%.)
