No, there isn't. I've spent some time thinking about ways to split downloads for the benefit of especially large stories, but it would require significant re-architecting I don't want to do.

Like I said, I got ~1900 before it cut off, so I bet your IP is still on their list. If you give it a few days or a week and try downloads of a few hundred chapters at a time, it may work better.
