Hi,

I am running the latest v4.14 on Windows 10. When I click on the "Edit Book" button, I can see a new window(blank) pop up but then it disappears within a fraction of a second.
Other windows like "Edit metadata", "Preferences" all show up fine.
I tried some of tips found in other thread like 'changing resolution', 'changing DPI', 'disabling antivirus/Defender', to no avail.

Below is the debug log, the last line just shows that the Worker Launch of the "Edit Book" window but nothing else. No error....

Any suggestions/thoughts from the forumers?
