If you haven't assigned them to something else, you can set
Copy metadata to Ctrl+C and
Paste metadata to Ctrl+V in
Preferences->Shirtcuts->Edit metadata.
Use
Preferences->Tweaks->Exclude fields when copy/pasting metadata to exclude columns from the metadata paste.
If you Paste metadata to multiple selected books, you'll get and Are you sure warning.
