By saying that "I haven't read a single book in last one month" couldn't that mean that you (1) could have read any number of books in the last monty as long as it is not a single book, or (2) you've been reading two or more books at the same time (such as by reading one paragraph in one book then one paragraph in another book, then repeat with each book)?
