I can't say for certain that it'll work for anyone wanting to sign out of their account and signing into a new one. But it does work for me.
Super happy that whatever steps we took to get 1.26.1 working in Catalina transferred over in Time Machine. Maybe that points to a better solution in the future?

As an update to this update, K4M is still downloading AZW files. But they are now DRM-protected and won't open in Calibre.
I don't know what changed. This was working two months ago, and I was able to switch between several accounts with no issue. No longer working with any account
