Windows 10 Calibre 4.13

clic droit sur livres sélectionnés -> 'Editer les métadonnées' -> 'Editer les métadonnées par lot'
En renseignant l'onglet 'Rechercher et remplacer' comme indiqué dans la capture d'écran, cela fonctionne chez moi.
Voir le résultat obtenu pour Livre 1
