Calibre adding downloaded book in DMS with OPF

I've spent at least 30 minutes searching the forum and now given up and joined the forum to ask folks for help here.

I've downloaded a journal article that comes as a .dms file. If I decompress it, Calibre's reader will open the OPF file so I can read it on my computer. So it worked and the information seems to be there.

But I can't figure out how to add it to Calibre so I can send it to my Kindle. (up to date Calibre on Mac Catalina)

I've tried a bit blindly a few things. Add OPF. Add DMS. Uncompress dms, zip entire folder and add zip. Zip just the OPF file...

The link to the download is here that leads to a compressed dms file

Grateful for advice.

And while I'm here - add my thanks to the creator of Calibre and I presume a bunch of contributors that support it. It's fantastic.
