All my latest Kindle readers apparently go into a deep sleep mode, originally first seen on the Oasis G9, but now on the latest Kindle Basic and the PW4. They show a "Waking Up" notification at the bottom of the sleep screen when the cover is opened if they have been asleep long enough and the home or reading page display is delayed compared to older units. Does indexing stop when in this deep sleep mode?
