I have a paperwhite 2 from Japan, serial number 905A.

The current firmware version is 5.9.6.1, and no ota updates are offered. but according to https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/custo...MQC26VQQMM8XSW, I should have 5.12.2

So I downloaded the update and put it in the root of the kindle. But "Update Your Kindle" remains grayed out.

Any way for me to update, and what am I missing?
