An empty book is my way to build a 'watch for/wanted' list.
I am with BR. I don't know of a 'Watch for
ebook release' PI ( I underlined ebook, because the dead tree versions frequently are released before the 'E' version )
Sometimes when I start a new ( for me) series, I will use the
Import List Plugin to populate (as empty books), the rest of the series metadata
