Device: kobo forma, Kobo Libra, Huawei media Tab, fire HD10, PW3 HDX8.9,
look for these 2 files on the fire tablet
metadata.calibre and driveinfo.calibre
if the USB connection is breaking while calibre is doing the transfers, one of both may be corrupt.
delete them and re-test
