Hello, having just received my "new" Kobo WiFi N647B, I tried to reset it so that I could put my own name on it (it still was configured for the previous owner,with his eMail address and books. In the process of doing a factory reset, it went grumpy, and my efforts to fix it made it worse! I eventually opened it and had a look at the internal micro SD card, but my PC said it needed formatting, so I've done that and would like a nice new image.
Can someone send me a PM (whatever that stands for - i suppose it's the image file) please? I formatted it to FAT- is that OK?
