piss poor support for this product. when it was on indiegogo, I could at least read some comments from other people, now Im not sure where to turn. after upgrade from Android6 to Android8 I cannot turn off backlight completely. still 5-10% backlight present even if slider/button is moved down as far as it goes. any support forum or some thread on this forum for owners of this product? dasung doesnt respond to emails and they dont have any support hub or anything official.
