and also, if I want to pretend i'm not from Toronto, i just drive to , say, Ottowa & buy a mobile there ? or is it all tied into a proof of address thing.
Maybe they don't have burners in Canada & the drug dealers all have to step over the border for untraceable phones ? [ no that can't be right - I watched both seasons of Bad Blood.... ]
