cell phones don't have area codes ( not in my country anyway)
is it a different terminology for different countries thing? I always thought that "cell" = mobile.
all the movies that I watch where folks say " call me on my cell" , refer to mobiles - ( which we call "mobiles" in the UK )
did they mean Toronto landlines ? most landlines can't receive texts
