that looks like it may be a fragment of a Zipped file (or it has DRM).

We can't help here at MR with DRM removal. Please don't ask.

If it was a Zipped file, it is either a piece from a Spanned Archive or just severely damaged.
BTW How are you even seeing this? Calibre will not process damaged zips
