The lines all over the screen sound as if you cracked the substrate when you opened your Aura E2. Basically, it's a paperweight.

The SD card can not be formatted in a Windows machine. There are multiple partitions, only one of which is a Windows compatible partition unless you have installed an extFS driver for Windows. You can download Minitools Partition Wizard Free edition and look at the partitions. The partition image file will recreate the partitions when you write it to the SD card.
