Download Limits

I just ran into a simultaneous downloads limit on a dictionary bought for my Kindles. Per Amazon download limits are set by publishers. A Collins English language dictionary. The limit is six readers simultaneously and I have considerably more Kindle readers. I understand that limits can vary from one to six copies or unlimited. Limits not listed in Amazon descriptions that I have found.

How do people feel about simultaneous download limit restrictions for units all registered to the same account? I can see it for a popular novel but it seems too restrictive for a reference book like a dictionary.
