@mike.katina - please don't post large embedded images like the one you had in post #7, they are irritating on small devices (phones, low res netbooks etc). Stick to emojis, they convey the message without irritating old farts like me

If you want to post an image, eg a screenshot etc, upload them to here and they will show as thumbnails. In advanced mode, click the paper clip icon in the top toolbar. There's also a rule on size of embedded images, see rule #9 in Guidelines
