Imaginative formatting? Chapter headers that are centered is imaginative formatting? Images that are horizontally centered on a page and the image size remains a relatively constant portion of the display size is imaginative formatting? Hanging idents and centered paragraphs are imaginative formatting? Displaying italics is imaginative formatting?

I'm not asking for handling spiral text simply following basic CSS.
