1. See Preferences->Add Books->Automatic adding
2. Create a new folder with the name you want at the location you want;
   
   then Library icon->Switch/create...;
   
   click the button at right end of New Location;
   
   browse to and select the folder just created;
   
   press the Create an empty library at the new location radio button;
   
   if appropriate, check Copy structure from the current library;
   
   press OK.
