themselves.
If the software
itself is lacking in comparison with other software, it is fair, just and proper to say so.
Mind you, I struggled with the decision of buying a Kindle
precisely for it's software features (or lack thereof) for library management.
And the reading experience on a Kindle is not better than (say) Kobo, Nook or Boyue,
all of which I've owned and used; in fact, from my experience, Kindle is slightly better than Nook merely for reading, and below par when compared with Kobo or Boyue.
And no, I don't live in the U.S.A. and I daresay I can readily explain the challenges of buying and using an overseas support-base e-reader; as all of my e-readers have been and will be, thank you very much.
