Personally, I use a custom column(s) to track my 'touch up and validated' efforts.
But you could just add a Tag 'deMANGAled'
But make a Tag or column, then
create a Virtual Library (search) tags: Manga and tags:
not <the tag used here>
to see the untaged
(you might need the first condition if the library is mixed content)
