if it happens with all books then it is unlikely to be code in the book.
its either an app setting, or ( less likely) a device setting for how hyperlinks are handled
what I suggest is that you use the backup option in moon to save settings fro both devices then
1) try removing , then reinstalling moon on tablet - see if the problem goes away with default settings
2) look at whether it is possible to use the phone backup as a restore for the tablet ( i think a moon backup is just a copy of all the preference settings sot hat may be possible
actually , before that, so step zero, try just deleting the app cache, settings, find app - force stop, delete cache ( not delete data )
moon app backups to cloud ( i use dropbox) are labelled with device name and a date so it is easy to see what's what. backup/ restore is on main app preferences page
the wipe or restore methods are faster than a manual compare of lots and lots of possible preferences
if you have any way to open a book in a different reader app on the tablet, that will help also.
download a free/demo version of anything but moon and test with that.
