Re images, and at the risk of a bit of thread drift, (I think) Calibre renames images from jpg to jpeg. Most of my dealings with jpegs have been using the jpg extension.
Is it possible to stop Calibre renaming the jpg image extensions, or is jpeg part of the epub standard?
