it would help to know if its book specific, or if the tablet install is greying out ALL hyperlinks in all books
also, are both devices running the same version of Moon ?
links to other pages in moon should work like they do on your phone - they should, but without seeing a sample of actual code from the problem book for such a link - its hard to say more
