I solved my issue. The problem was related to my usb ports on PC. Despite the fact that I used them to connect my usb flashes without any error and perform some operations with my Kindle, using other PC's usb ports solved my problem.

I'm not sure how I need to mark this thread as solved, but I'll add [solved] tag to the name
