Hi,
Sorry I'm a newbie here. i bought a kobo wifi N647B from a charity that wan't working -I like trying to fix things. All you get is a Kobo read on screen and the loading blocks at the bottom right. It also won't turn off.
Had a look at some suggestions on the forum and took it to bits and removed the micro SD card. I checked it out and i think either the software or card are fried. I have a new sd card and believe I need a new image file, can anyone help please?
