I read the news online, on a local website, generally twice a day. Did much the same before the virus, only it was mostly once a day then. I don't watch TV or listen to the radio. Keeping up with the news daily, especially local news, is necessary because of various restrictions our government has imposed. Those can change (i.e. tighten) any day and have done so several times. So one absolutely has to keep an eye on the news.
