Post Update to Spektrum recipe
Dear Kovid,

please find attached an update to the spektrum.de recipe. The news-feed of "Spektrum der Wissenschaften" has started to post a lot of articles with videos, podcasts and book reviews.

Those articles may not be very useful for most users with E-ink readers, so I modified the recipe to remove those articles from the feed.
