I'm not sure if this is by design, are just another flaky annoyance with the Echo Show 5 Home screen. The Echo Show 5 constantly wants to leave the Home screen. It is as though it is looking for any reason to do that.

Whoa! You have a runaway on your hands. Why is your Show 5 unhappy with her Home? Maybe if you heaped loads of praise upon her, she'd think twice about leaving Home
