A device can only have 1 default.
BUT you could set a preferred Order to use,
if it already exists
Connect the device: right click the device icon (only there when connected): Configure: tick formats as needed/desired, use the arrows to rearrange the ORDER
OR (pick and choose. Overrides the above)
Right click on the selected book: Send to device: Send Specific format: <choose location> :<choose format>
If in Bulk:
Select books, but in this case it applies to all
