What firmware version did it start in? Knowing this will help to get it fixed.

And it isn't an issue on any of my devices with any firmware version. It sounds like it is only a problem with the Aura HD. But, even there, we seem to only have two reports. And if this has been around for a few firmware versions, I would expect to see more reports.
