I prefer the Calibre Editors Spell check by just a freckle. (The last intry is the current word, that you can just touch up, rather than having to type all in. A big plus for us slow H&P keyboardists )
Both are good. Both allow for Current Document (file in view) or Whole book
Both allow user dictionaries.
