People using products not designed to be flushed is causing issues for some areas, according to one news story I saw. Those wipes that are marked "flushable" are not. They get stuck and block fans and water treatment equipment. Our city water department sent out notices about it last year.

Paper towels and napkins aren't designed to break apart like toilet tissue is. Flushing them will cause problems.

There were some brands of toilet tissue in stock yesterday on Amazon, I haven't searched today. You can ask to be notified when an item is in stock. Also, last time I checked, Target had it and it could be ordered for delivery.
