My wife got hers without incident.
I had to call CS, get told I wasn't eligible, get escalated, get annoyed by the supervisor's attitude, forward a copy of the email I got from them saying that, yes, actually I was eligible, and had completed the challenge and would be getting the reward, and then they emailed be back a promo code for Amazon, which I can only hope will work when I try it.
My son also didn't get his, but also never got an email saying he completed the challenge (which I'm guessing is because he did it after the tracker, and apparently their whole system, was broken) so on chat they offered him a $20 Audible credit. I said no, he should get what he was promised. So we're waiting 24-48 hours for a manager to call us back.
Audible has royally screwed up here, both on managing the promo and handling the problems they caused.
