I did get the email and forwarded it to customer support, hoping to avoid spending a lot of time on the phone chasing it down. I’ll give it some time; perhaps by waiting they’ll at least be quicker to act on direct contact.

This always, always happens with Audible. Once I quit this time, I’ll be away for a long time.
