I think the Android version was released in 2011/12 and iOS in 2017.

IIRC the average iOS user installs many more apps on their devices than Android users do on theirs - like double digit times more.

To get meaningful usage stats you need something like what Kovid publishes for calibre - number of installs that were active in the last 60 days.
