Yeah. I remember, when I joined MR, there was a regular poster here from Japan, who was over 90 years old (by their own words). He/she stopped posting a few years ago. It's easy to guess the likely reason for that, of course. But still, I've wondered sometimes.

OTOH, there have been several younger members who have stopped posting here, but by all accounts are still alive and well (some members have met them in other online forums).
