'comments' in popup footnote
A minor bug in displaying 'comments' popup footnote.

Footnotes for <body name="comments"> are shown in the same manner as <body name="notes">.
But in the popup "comments" footnote there is no space between footnote number and its text (see pic 1).
Pic 2 shows popup "notes" footnote for comparison.

A sample book containing both <body name="notes"> and <body name="comments"> is attached.
