Move your library from your OneDrive directory and try again. I would think that's he problem. The problem being that you rename and the directory gets changed and when you re-enable OneDrive, chances are that the original directory gets synced to your library.

What I do is have one central set of libraries and I network map to the drive the libraries are stored on and I can access them very easily from any of my computers. I know It's said not to do this, but I've never had a problem in over 10 years.
