I actually do pause OneDrive sync (where I keep my library so I can access from various devices) whenever I use Calibre... do you mean syncing within the Calibre program? (if so... not sure on how to do that...)
1. I renamed in the Calibre program in the "title" field, and this happens nearly EVERY time.
2. Windows 10.
3. see above - where do I find maint in Calibre program?
