I do not track the books I read. I can remember if I have read a book or not and whether I would want to reread it. I have no other interest in tracking books I read. I might need to use Goodreads to track books, if I get dementia. But then again, I would probably forget to check Goodreads.
I used to be able to remember the page I stopped at while reading and could go right to it when I picked up the book again. Now with eReaders I do not have to do that and have probably lost the ability to do it.
