I have thought of adding a "Do all books" option, but, I nearly always just want to update a few known books, or all changes since a particular date. And for all, a CTRL-A first is all that is needed. So I got lazy

Of course, pretty much the only time I actually use this function is to test it is still working. I normally just let the driver do the hard work.
